-This was an online news article detailing the dangers that come with housing exotic animals as pets.  It also discusses the issues of pet pythons that have killed humans.  This article can be found at the following website: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/python-linked-deaths-raise-questions-over-exotic-animal-laws-1.1349119

-This was a simple newspaper article which discusses what the snake ban is, who it is affecting, and why herpetological experts and breeders are so upset.

Florida Nature Conserve. Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, 30 Dec. 2012. Web. 1 Nov. 2013.
-This was an online article published by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission in which they defend the python ban.  They discuss what issues the pythons bring about, and what the commission is doing to eradicate the problem.  The article can be found at the following website: http://www.nature.org/ourinitiatives/regions/northamerica/unitedstates/florida/howwework/stopping-a-burmese-python-invasion.xml

Gibson, William. "Snakes Taking over Florida?" Sun Sentinal [Miami] 28 Aug. 2012: n. pag. Print.
-This was also an article published in the Sun Sentinel in which the author argues against the snake ban.  The author states the ban will do nothing for the state of Florida, and it is just a punishment for responsible snake owners and breeders.

-This was an online article arguing against the snake ban, stating the rules are not strict enough to regulate anything, and the damage is already done to the ecosystem.  This article can be found at the following website: http://prime.peta.org/2012/02/snakes

-This is a magazine article absolutely berating the python ban.  It heavily argues against the snake ban and says it is very unnecessary.
